I’ve updated New Roman Times - my proportional-font Xcode theme for iTunes Xcode 4. The new install directory is ~/Library/Developer/Xcode/UserData/FontAndColorThemes/

The Xcode 3 version is here.

Or if that’s not your thing, you can try,

Blackboard ported from TextMate to Xcode 4 by @CocoaSamurai.
EGO and EGOv2 by Enormego.
Stevenf’s dark theme.
Spacedust by Mikael Hallendal.
Twilight ported from TextMate to Xcode3/4 by @slant
Morrowind for TextMate and Xcode 3/4, by Nate Stedman.
A python script to convert themes from Xcode 3 to 4, by mrevilme (instructions). A Ruby version.

Thanks to @csmajor98 for tipping me off as to where the theme files are hidden in the new version.
